Magic tricks in the kitchen
In the sustainable hotel in Trentino, your children can experience real adventures because there are exciting activities such as night walks by lantern light. There was even a children’s circus on the hotel grounds this summer. Paola was inspired by this and performed little colorful magic tricks in the kitchen. The potato gnocchi get different colors through natural plant powder. You can combine it with a sauce of your choice. In this case, the cook used a basil-avocado sauce. Enjoy your meal!
