Chanterelles with potato gnocchi

Ingredients
- 1 kg freshly cooked potatoes
- 200 g flour
- 1 egg
- 30g butter
- salt, nutmeg
- 500g small chanterelles
- 2 small shallots
- 1 clove of garlic
- 60g butter
- 1 bunch of chives
- 80g dry white wine
- 100g cream
Directions
- Step 1 For the potato gnocchi, mash the freshly cooked potatoes with a potato ricer. Stir eggs, butter, and flour into the hot potatoes.
- Step 2 Dust the tabletop with potato flour, form the hot mixture into rolls on it, cut them into slices and mark them with the tines of a fork.
- Step 3 Immediately put them in ready boiling salted water, boil once and with a slotted spoon put them in a pan with foamed butter.
- Step 4 Clean the chanterelles, peel the shallots and finely dice them together with the garlic.
- Step 5 Sauté the mushrooms and the fine cubes in foamed butter in the pan, season with salt, deg laze with white wine and pour on the cream.
- Step 6 Boil the contents of the pan once briefly, add the chives and arrange everything attractively.
