As a rice farmer for one day you can support the farmers and plough the fields traditionally with the help of a plough and two cattle. Afterwards you plant the young rice plants. As “a thank-you” for the sudorific work you are pampered with self-cooked, regional specialties of the locals which you enjoy in the midst of the rice fields. The schedule also includes a short visit of a school in Medewi and a small hike through the rice.
Green, greener, West Bali
The west of Bali is really perfect for nature lovers! West Bali National Park is a conservation area beautifully constructed over an area of 190 square kilometers in Indonesia.
