A lot of space at the Baltic Sea coast

On the Baltic Sea coast, Sabine and Jürg Gloor have created a paradise for families. The historic manor house has only twelve rooms, which creates a cozy feel-good atmosphere. But the highlight of Gut Nisdorf is certainly the large outdoor area where the children can play for hours, there is even a swimming pond in the garden. Actually, the whole hotel is a single playground. And you don’t need to be afraid of bad weather, because there is a big playroom in the house with many board games, a wooden train or baby toys. In addition, Gut Nisdorf offers professional childcare during the week for 2 hours in the morning and afternoon. Perfect for a time-out for the adults.

Playroom and lots of nature

The Green Pearls® Hotel Okelmann’s is also located in the north of Germany, more precisely in Lower Saxony. Here, too, there is a large garden with many play possibilities as well as a lovingly furnished children’s playroom. When you leave the hotel grounds, you are directly in nature and can go for relaxing walks or hikes together. Or you can go on a bike tour, which is especially easy in the flat landscape. You can rent bikes at the hotel or bring your own, which can be safely parked at the hotel. In the hotel’s own restaurant, we also take care of the little ones. There are extra mini portions, such as the mini veggie burger. Of course, the vegetarian burger is also served as a larger portion.

Explore the sea habitat

The eco-resort Gili Lankanfushi on the Maldives has various family-friendly care services. The children explore the beautiful island, learn more about the Maldivian culture, and dive into the unique underwater world. There is an underwater treasure hunt and they can discover organic food in the garden of the resort together with the cook. The older children and teenagers go on a discovery tour with the marine biologists or take part in a cooking course. The reconstruction of the coral reefs is an exciting project and an important concern of Gili Lankanfushi. Even the youngest children are introduced to the topic. Sustainable thinking and acting are thereby passed on to the next generation.

Kids’Club at Maslina Resort

The team at Maslina Resort on the Croatian island of Hvar has also thought of children and has set up its own Kid’s Club. With indoor and outdoor areas it offers many possibilities for all kinds of activities. Here it is not only playing. With cooking classes and work in their own garden, the little ones also learn a lot of new things, for example about herbs and olives that grow on the island. In this way the resort ensures that the children learn about local food cultivation and the Croatian island.
