Cosmetic certifications
NCS
There are four groups for the Natural Cosmetic standard (NCS): Natural makeup, bio-natural makeup, vegan natural makeup, vegan bio-natural makeup. The demands for the certification apply for the environmental compatibility of the ingredients, sustainable production procedures, social aspects as well as the reusability of the packaging. Bio-natural makeup are required to have at least 95% ingredients from biological cultivation.
ECOCERT
The label differs between natural makeup (ECOCERT NATURAL) and bio-natural makeup (ECOCERT ORGANIC). For bio-cosmetics at least 95% of the ingredients must be sourced from biological cultivation, for the natural makeup at least 50% of all ingredients must be bio. BDIH
Products marked with the BDIH label use ingredients from biological cultivation. Moreover, the label states the environmental compatibility of the product, certifies a resource-careful production and the biodegradability of the ingredients.

Label for products of your everyday life
Blauer Engel
A true all-round label is the Blauer Engel to be found on products worldwide as „Blue Angel “. Almost all product categories from the everyday life are certified, for example, cleaning agent, paper products, textiles, electrical appliances, toys and furniture. The label guarantees a low pollution for health and environment, advices dosage of cleaning agents as well as the careful application of resources with recycling products.
NCP
Nature Care Product standard, briefly NCP, a quality label for natural products by the society for applied economic ethics certifying products from resource production up to consumer use. The label is to be found on cleaning agents and care products.
A.I.S.E – label with green wreath
A.I.S.E is the label for cleaning agent and soaps within Europe. The label informs about sustainable production procedures as well as the ecologically friendly ingredients, the seal without the wreath only relates to the manufacturer.
