Bereits ihre Eltern folgten einer nachhaltigen Philosophie. Als Katrins Urgro\u00dfmutter die Brauerei 1926 kaufte, war der Grundstein f\u00fcr das Hotel gelegt, denn rasch wurde aus der Brauerei ein Hotel. Seither ist das Hotel im Familienbesitz \u2013 einiges blieb, anderes ging. Vor allem die urspr\u00fcngliche Architektur und die alten, restaurierten M\u00f6bel erz\u00e4hlen noch heute die Geschichten vergangener Tage. Ein nachhaltiges Hotelmanagement war f\u00fcr Katrins Eltern von Beginn an selbstverst\u00e4ndlich, wie uns Katrin berichtet: \u201eSchon vor Jahrzehnten ergriffen meine Eltern ganz intuitiv umweltfreundliche Ma\u00dfnahmen: M\u00fclltrennung, Strom- und Wassereinsparungen und Produkte aus der Region, das kannte ich so von klein auf. Und generell war meine Kindheit sehr vom Leben in und mit der Natur gepr\u00e4gt\u201c. Seien es traditionelle Wellness-Anwendungen, der Besuch des Badehauses, die gro\u00dfz\u00fcgigen Saunen Landschaften, Behandlungen nach der Rosen-Methode oder Natur-Erfahrungen im unber\u00fchrten Schwarzwald \u2013 G\u00e4ste bekommen hier Zeit f\u00fcr sich, um neue Kraft zu tanken. Nachhaltigkeit Wellness bedeutet nicht nur innere Balance, sondern auch die Verwendung von nat\u00fcrlichen und \u00f6kologisch erzeugten Essenzen, um die Gesundheit ihrer G\u00e4ste und die Umwelt zu sch\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Pionierin mit Erfolg<\/h3>\n<p>\u201eUnsere G\u00e4ste sch\u00e4tzen seit Jahrzehnten die gelungene Balance zwischen Wohlf\u00fchlambiente, Gem\u00fctlichkeit und Nachhaltigkeit\u201c, berichtet Katrin. Die G\u00e4ste m\u00f6gen gleicherma\u00dfen die Regionalit\u00e4t und Authentizit\u00e4t des Hauses, die sich auch in der K\u00fcche widerspiegelt. Die Spezialit\u00e4ten werden aus Produkten zubereitet, die von Bauern und Lieferanten aus der Region stammen. Auf diese Weise vermeidet man lange Lieferwege und die Zutaten kommen frisch auf den Tisch. Nat\u00fcrlich lebt sie auch intern das Thema Nachhaltigkeit vor, was wiederum ihre Mitarbeiter motiviert, die zus\u00e4tzlich an regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Schulungen zum Thema Nachhaltigkeit teilnehmen.
