Und so gibt es nat\u00fcrlich auch im Bereich der Kosmetik tolle nachhaltige Alternativen. Besonders nachhaltig und auch g\u00fcnstig wird es, wenn man selbst Kosmetik oder Pflegeprodukte herstellt.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Gebadet wird bei mir aus Gr\u00fcnden des Umweltschutzes nur sehr selten. Aber wenn, nutze ich mein Do-it-yourself Badesalz.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>DIY Badesalz &#8211; so geht\u2019s<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>500g Salz, z.B. Meersalz, Steinsalz oder Himalayasalz.<\/li>\n<li>2 El Pflanzenfett, z.B. Kokos\u00f6l, Jojoba\u00f6l oder Mandel\u00f6l.<\/li>\n<li>15-20 Tropfen eines \u00e4therischen \u00d6ls nach Wahl.<\/li>\n<li>Wenn die Badewanne auch etwas f\u00fcrs Auge sein soll, k\u00f6nnen auch Rosenbl\u00e4tter oder echter Lavendel hinzugef\u00fcgt werden.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Ab damit ins Badewasser und entspannen!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Viel Spa\u00df
